Homemade Layered Hummus Dip w/ Pita Chips
1 serves 6-8: $25, 2 serves 12-16: $45 | The base of this dip is a thick layer of my smooth, lemony hummus, followed by a layer of Greek yogurt mixed with lemon juice and sprinkled lightly with a little salt, topped with diced tomatoes, diced cucumber, diced red onion, chopped Kalamata olives, and a sprinkle of feta cheese, finished with a fresh squeeze of lemon juice. Comes with fresh-baked pita chips for dipping. (Vegetarian. There is gluten in the pita chips)
Baked Beans
1 pan serves 10-15: $35, 2 pans serve 25-30: $60 | Bacon, diced red pepper, and diced onion are sauteed and mixed with northern beans and a blend of molasses, mustard, worchestershire, brown sugar, tomato sauce, and vinegar and baked. Comes ready to heat and serve. *can be made vegetarian, upon request
Caprese Pasta Salad
1 pan serves 8-10: $35, 2 pans serve 15-20: $60 | Rotini pasta is mixed with sliced grape tomatoes, fresh basil, and fresh mozzerella, then tossed with a fresh pesto dressing. Available with marinated, grilled chicken (sliced and ready to add) for $12/$24 extra; gluten-free option available upon request for $5 upcharge per pan.

Greek Pasta Salad
1 pan serves 8-10: $35, 2 pans serve 15-20: $60 | Bowtie pasta is mixed with sliced grape tomatoes, diced cucumber, diced red onion, Kalamata olives, chickpeas, and feta cheese and tossed with my homemade Greek dressing. Available with marinated, grilled chicken (sliced and ready to add) for $12/$24 extra; gluten-free available upon request for $5 upcharge per pan.
Ceasar Pasta Salad
1 pan serves 8-10: $35, 2 pans serve 15-20: $60 | Bowtie pasta is mixed with grape tomatoes, diced red pepper, diced red onion, and shredded parmesean and tossed with caesar dressing. Fresh romaine and chopped bacon come on the side, ready to toss in just before serving. Available with marinated, grilled chicken (sliced and ready to add) for $12/$24 extra; gluten-free available upon request for a $5 upcharge per pan.
